I’ve been there.

Ten years ago, addiction was part of my own story.

After losing someone I loved, unresolved trauma became a place I kept trying to escape from. What began as an escape became a cycle.

I know the shame. I know the secrecy. I know what it feels like to promise yourself “never again” — and find yourself there again.

I also know that recovery is possible.

Today, I’ve helped 500+ people across Nigeria and around the world navigate their own recovery journeys.

Your past may explain where you’ve been. It doesn’t have to decide where you go next.
